• Through the contact form: name, business email address, company, project type, indicative budget range, how you heard about us, message and your consent.

• Responding to your enquiries and managing the business relationship — lawful basis: your consent and the legitimate interest of METASENSE.
• Measuring audience and improving the site experience — lawful basis: your consent.

Recipients & data processors

Your data is processed by METASENSE and by technical data processors:

• Webflow, Inc. — website hosting and form management (United States).
• Google — Google Analytics 4 — audience measurement.
• Calendly — online appointment booking (United States).

As some providers are located outside the European Union, these transfers are framed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Retention period

• Prospect and client data: up to 3 years from the last contact.
• Audience measurement data: up to 14 months.
